Abstract: Title: SUSTAINABLE BACTERIAL CONCRETE WITH BIOCHAR 5 The titled invention discloses a process for preparing sustainable bacterial concrete with biochar through a raw material collection process (1), a bacterial spore preparation process (2), a biochar preparation process (3), a material blending process (4), a concrete casting process (5), a concrete curing process (6), a selfhealing activation process (7), and a crack sealing process (8) to obtain sustainable 10 bacterial concrete (9). The bacterial spores remain dormant within the concrete matrix and, upon crack formation, become activated by moisture to precipitate calcium carbonate for autonomously sealing structural cracks. The incorporated biochar improves the mechanical strength, durability, and carbon sequestration capability of the concrete. The resulting sustainable bacterial concrete provides autonomous crack 15 healing, minimizes water ingress, reduces maintenance requirements, extends the service life of concrete structures, and offers an environmentally sustainable and carbon-negative construction material for civil engineering applications
