Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a sustainable geopolymer concrete composition and a precast compound wall panel manufactured using Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS), Fly Ash, and an alkaline activator system. The invention eliminates the use of Ordinary Portland Cement and utilizes industrial by-products to produce environmentally friendly construction elements. The geopolymer matrix comprises GGBS and Fly Ash in optimized proportions of 70:30 and 50:50, activated using a sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate solution. The precast wall panel exhibits improved compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, durability, reduced water absorption, and enhanced microstructural characteristics. The optimized geopolymer concrete composition provides a sustainable alternative to conventional cement-based precast wall systems while significantly reducing carbon emissions associated with construction materials.
