Abstract: A Hybrid Hierarchical Modular Sparse Fuzzy Logic framework for machine-integrated phygital garment engineering and manufacturing is disclosed. The framework reverse-generates technically feasible garment-production solutions from target garment- performance requirements by processing garment, textile, anthropometric, comfort, sustainability, machinery, accessory, and production inputs through the Garment Requirement Extraction Engine (11), Reverse Material-Process-Fit-Garment Engineering Module (10), Reverse Hierarchical Inference Orchestration Engine (186), and Membership Function Normalization Engine (149). Hierarchical sparse fuzzy inference, Bayesian uncertainty modelling, optimization-assisted reverse search, and machine-connectivity translation are performed through the Bayesian Uncertainty Quantification Layer (100), Optimization and Reverse Search Layer (110), and CAD/CAM/PLC/IoT Translation Interface (120) to generate fibre, yarn, fabric, dyeing, finishing, fit-validation, manufacturing, and machine-operable production recommendations. Physical validation, dimensional-stability analysis, compatibility scoring, and production-feasibility assessment are performed through the Finite Element and Physical Validation Engine (90) before generation of prototype, pilot-production, or bulk-manufacturing deployment recommendations.
