Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for adaptive motion control in robotic arms using trajectory optimization and feedback correction for improving positional accuracy, movement stability, actuator synchronization, and operational adaptability during industrial robotic operations. The system comprises a robotic arm structure including articulated arm segments, rotary joint assemblies, actuator drive assemblies, positional sensing arrangements, inertial sensing arrangements, force sensing arrangements, environmental monitoring arrangements, a communication interface, and a motion coordination processor configured to generate optimized movement trajectories based on target positional coordinates, payload distribution conditions, actuator operating characteristics, and articulated movement constraints. During robotic movement execution, the positional sensing arrangements, inertial sensing arrangements, and force sensing arrangements continuously generate real-time operational data corresponding to joint displacement, acceleration variation, angular velocity, vibration propagation, and mechanical loading conditions associated with the robotic arm structure.
