Abstract: ABSTRACT A system for adaptive performance management of a workforce includes a data acquisition interface (102) that receives employee data signals from sensing devices, a signal conditioning circuit (104) that filters and normalizes the signals into structured signal feature vectors, and a feature extraction circuit (106) that applies multi-signal fusion to generate an employee capacity index value representing current work capacity. A hardware processor (108) determines a revenue sensitivity score for each task in a task database (112) by applying a weighting function to direct and indirect revenue impact coefficients. The hardware processor (108) generates reallocation instructions by ranking tasks in descending order of revenue sensitivity and matching each task to employees meeting a predefined upper capacity threshold. Based on deviations between revenue sensitivity scores and employee capacity index values, the system (100) generates a predictive revenue loss forecast value transmitted to a display interface (110).
