The system (100) includes a controller (102) communicably coupled to at least one computing device (104) and operatively coupled to a memory (106). The controller (102) receives user information and assessment responses associated with wellness awareness, behavioral readiness, and personality characteristics and classifies a user into a predefined wellness category. Based on the classification, the controller (102) assigns a chatbot interaction pathway and associates one or more wellness goals with the user. The controller (102) receives wellness activity information, determines adherence information, detects trigger conditions from wellness activity information and chatbot interactions, and assigns one or more wellness screening surveys. Survey response information is utilized to update the predefined wellness category and adapt chatbot interactions and wellness goals.
