Based on the classification, the controller (102) assigns a chatbot interaction pathway and associates one or more wellness goals with the user. The controller (102) receives wellness activity information, determines adherence information, detects trigger conditions from wellness activity information and chatbot interactions, and assigns one or more wellness screening surveys. Survey response information is utilized to update the predefined wellness category and adapt chatbot interactions and wellness goals.
