The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AI-BASED DEMAND-DRIVEN MOBILITY ORCHESTRATION AND VEHICLE OPTIMIZATION The present disclosure relates to a computer-implemented system and method for optimizing vehicle utilization in a node-based urban mobility network. The system includes authenticated user devices and a central orchestration server configured to receive commute intent data prior to a scheduled commute window, wherein the data indicates a user status as a rider, contributor, or flexible participant. The server processes the data along with contextual parameters using a trained machine learning model to forecast aggregate commute demand across geographic clusters. Based on the forecast, a threshold number of contributor vehicles is determined, and activation signals are transmitted only to a selected subset of contributor devices to restrict unnecessary vehicle activation. The system further performs dynamic balancing by prompting selected users to modify commute intent and routes riders using a graph-based matching engine across predefined nodes, thereby improving vehicle utilization and reducing active vehicles.
