Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for AI-Based Autonomous Bonsai Growth Balancing and Ornamental Regulation A smart bonsai growth regulation system and method for autonomous ornamental balancing and precision horticulture management are disclosed. The system includes a smart bonsai cultivation device equipped with environmental sensing modules, AI-enabled imaging systems, an artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) ornamental analysis module, a digital twin- assisted predictive simulation framework, and an adaptive growth-regulation module. The sensing modules continuously collect environmental and ornamental-growth data such as bonsai images, soil moisture levels, foliage-density distributions, branch curvature, root-zone activity, and environmental conditions. The AI/ML ornamental analysis module evaluates the collected data to detect asymmetrical growth patterns, ornamental imbalance, root stress conditions, and potential canopy instability. Based on the generated ornamental analysis, the adaptive growth-regulation module autonomously carries out localized irrigation balancing, selective nutrient distribution, electro-biological growth stimulation, and adaptive branch-guidance correction. The system also produces predictive ornamental reports, symmetry analysis maps, pruning suggestions, and maintenance notifications for intelligent bonsai cultivation, long-term aesthetic balancing, and autonomous precision horticulture optimization.
