Inventors include Mr. Amit Srivastava; and Mr. Khasim Mti.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AI-DRIVEN DOSE OPTIMIZATION A system and method for determining optimal clinical dosages through an AI- driven dose-response analysis framework. The system integrates standardized data from external repositories, including clinical trials and biomedical literature, and processes it using machine learning techniques. Key modules include data collection and standardization, model training, dose-response analysis, and output generation of dosage recommendations. The system further incorporates a feedback mechanism that refines predictions based on clinical outcomes. The system enables the construction of accurate dose-response curves to identify minimum effective doses, optimal therapeutic ranges, and upper safety limits. The system and method facilitate evidence-based decision-making in clinical, regulatory, and research settings by offering a scalable and reproducible approach to dosage prediction across diverse populations and health conditions.
