Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system 102 and a method 400 for transmitting an alert signal. The method 400 includes receiving 402 image frames of a user and information of a position of an electronic device within an interior space and determining 404 first coordinates corresponding to the position of the electronic device. Further, the method 400 includes determining 406 second coordinates of eyes and mapping 408 the first coordinates and the second coordinates. Further, the method 400 includes determining 410 that a line of sight of each eye focuses toward the position of the electronic device based on the mapping and transmitting 412 the alert signal to the electronic device based on the line of sight. Therefore, the present disclosure enhances safety by providing real-time tracking of the user gaze and the electronic device position, allowing for immediate alerts on potential distractions to improve accuracy and reduce false positives.
