Abstract: Access to integrated healthcare services remains fragmented, requiring patients to rely on multiple disconnected platforms for consultation, pharmacy, and emergency response. This paper proposes a unified telemedicine ecosystem comprising three tightly integrated mobile applications — a Patient App (central hub), a Doctor App, and a Driver/Ambulance App — developed using Flutter and Google Firebase as a serverless Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS). The Patient App incorporates an AI- powered chatbot that analyzes reported symptoms, recommends appropriate medical specialties, and autonomously books appointments without constituting a clinical diagnosis as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO). The system further supports video consultation, automated conversion of digital prescriptions into a pharmacy cart with door-to-door medicine delivery, lab test bookings, and medical records management. A real-time SOS emergency dispatch module enables patients to trigger ambulance requests via a hold-activated button, establishing bidirectional information sharing and live GPS tracking between the patient and driver. The Doctor App provides licensed login with credential verification, real-time appointment management, and digital prescription issuance. The Driver App supports request acceptance or rejection with automatic forwarding of all relevant details across apps. AES-256 encryption is applied to all Protected Health Information (PHI) to ensure data confidentiality throughout the ecosystem. The proposed system eliminates the need for multiple standalone healthcare applications and presents a scalable, secure, and user-centric solution for end-to-end digital healthcare delivery.
