Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for assessing the Employability Quotient (EQ) of undergraduate freshers using a three-dimensional evaluation framework. The system evaluates candidates across academic competency, professional competency, and behavioral competency dimensions using multiple assessment sources including aptitude assessments, psychometric evaluations, project evaluations, interviews, simulations, and observational inputs. A competency scoring engine normalizes heterogeneous assessment results and applies configurable weighting coefficients to compute a unified Employability Quotient indicative of workplace readiness. A predictive analytics engine classifies candidates into predefined employability categories and estimates employment readiness, while a recommendation engine identifies competency gaps and generates personalized learning pathways and employability enhancement plans. Institutional analytics enable educational organizations to benchmark employability performance, evaluate interventions, and improve curriculum planning. The invention provides an objective, scalable, configurable, and data-driven framework for comprehensive employability assessment, predictive workforce readiness evaluation, and evidence-based recruitment support.
