Abstract: System and method for auto diamond data measurement, fingerprint authentication, and sorting is disclosed. System consists of diamond feeder mechanism (1), diamond separator (2), pick and place robot 1 (3), photography station (4), pick and place robot-2 (5), colour station (6), pick and place robot-3 (7), weighing station (8), outlet system (9), barcode printer (10) and data collection and control system (11). System is provided with different functionalities such as; (i) auto data measurement includes individual and/or combination parameter measurements such as weight, colour, fluorescence, 3D model along with internal and surface impurities, 360 photography/ Videography, shape, and stress, (ii) Fingerprint that is unique DNA of each diamond is registered for matching and authenticated, (iii) assortment on the bases of individual and/or combination parameters of weight, colour, fluorescence, shape, stress, purity (iv) auto single packet creation includes auto data measurement its entry in the ERP system and barcode printing of the register data.
