Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Automated Clinical Workflow Optimization and Resource Management This disclosure relates to a system and method for automated clinical workflow optimization and resource management. The disclosed system captures clinical operational events from multiple healthcare infrastructure components, validates the reliability of the event, builds dynamic workflow dependency relationships and computes the confidence of execution for clinical activities. It also predicts resource contention, checks medical equipment operational readiness, selectively optimizes impacted workflow segments, validates treatment pathway consistency, coordinates emergency resource redistribution, synchronizes workflow information across distributed clinical departments, and generates explainable decision records for transparent workflow execution. A resource usage learning repository continuously updates the historical operation information for improving the accuracy of later optimizations. One or more processors execute instructions stored in a memory to autonomously orchestrate hospital resources minimizing unnecessary workflow rescheduling and maintaining treatment continuity. The invention described herein is a state-of-the-art, scalable and reliable solution for efficient healthcare workflow optimization and resource management to enhance the utilization of resources, operational efficiency, workflow stability, equipment availability and clinical responsiveness.
