The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: A method and system (100) for automated context-aware bug report generation are provided. An event detection engine (106) detects a software event associated with a software application (130), the software event comprising an application crash, an unhandled exception, an application freeze, a performance degradation, a network timeout, or a user-generated bug report request. A context acquisition engine (108) collects context data from data sources (114) comprising application logs, operating system logs, exception traces, runtime variables, CPU utilization, memory consumption, network traffic, running background processes, or device information. An artificial intelligence analysis engine (110) performs semantic analysis including identifying probable root causes, determining missing diagnostic information, predicting severity, and estimating reproducibility probability. A report generation engine (112) generates a structured bug report (118) comprising an issue summary, software environment information, steps performed, observed behavior, expected behavior, and a possible root cause.
