Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for automated detection, risk-based prioritization, human-verified enforcement, and rules-based legal escalation of intellectual property infringement across digital platforms. The system includes a data ingestion module (101) retrieving content from digital platforms, an AI detection engine (102) identifying candidate infringement instances using image-similarity, textual analysis, and seller/account behavior models combined into a composite detection confidence value, and a risk scoring engine (103) computing a risk score for each candidate instance. A human verification interface (104) presents candidate instances ordered by risk score to a human reviewer, with reviewer decisions fed back as training data. An enforcement module (105) generates and submits platform- appropriate takedown requests and monitors resolution status. An escalation decision engine (106) applies a rule set to determine legal escalation qualification. A legal escalation module (107) generates legal correspondence and case records without manual re-entry. A case management and docketing module (108) tracks deadlines and case stages. A data security and access-control module (110) authenticates access to instance-record data throughout the pipeline. An analytics and unified dashboard (109) displays instance status across pipeline stages.
