Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED DYNAMIC AND CONCURRENT SMART LOCKER ALLOCATION FOR ORDERS USING AI A system for automated dynamic and concurrent smart locker allocation for orders using an artificial intelligence model. The system 100 includes a server 104 receive a plurality of user 112 inputs via a user device 102 and generates a provisional order request by validating the inputs with a live inventory database. The server 104 includes a memory 110 and a processor 108 to train a first artificial intelligence model 106 using a training dataset including historical associations between provisional orders and real-time locker conditions, user pickup time versus actual retrieval time, locker distance from a dispatch area, locker occupancy rates, turnaround times, and environmental or network downtime incidents. The first artificial intelligence model 106 is further allocates a locker for the provisional order by computing weighted priority scores for available lockers based on distance, load ratio, scheduled usage, and downtime factors, identifying an optimal locker satisfying predefined timing and temperature constraints, and assigning the identified locker through a queue-based serialization layer ensuring exclusive allocation.
