MUMBAI, India, July 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641081692 A) filed by Simpleenergy Private Limited on July 02, 2026, for System And Method For Automatic Control Of A Vehicle Based On Rider Intent.
Inventors include Pratheeka; and Kiran N Poojary.
The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF A VEHICLE BASED ON RIDER INTENT Embodiments herein describe a system (100) for automatically controlling a vehicle (102) based on rider intent. The system (100) includes a sensor module (104) having a plurality of sensors (106) configured to capture real-time vehicle parameters, a control module (108) configured to receive the real-time parameters and store past trip parameters indicative of rider intent, and a vehicle parameter storage module (110) configured to store standard and experimental data associated with vehicle components. The system (100) further includes a processing module (112) configured to determine an operational context based on the real-time parameters, the past trip parameters, and the vehicle data, generate a confidence score, and issue operational instructions upon the confidence score meeting a predefined threshold, subject to user acceptance. Upon the confidence score falling below the predefined threshold, a flag signal is transmitted to a manufacturer server (114) for anomaly analysis and parameter updates. FIG. 1
