Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Autonomous AI Software Engineering and Intellectual Property Orchestration An autonomous software-engineering and intellectual-property orchestration system is disclosed. The system includes an autonomous orchestration device comprising a processor, memory, transceiver, data acquisition unit, artificial-intelligence and machine-learning (AI/ML) orchestration unit, and semantic workflow and governance unit configured to perform adaptive software generation and intelligent workflow orchestration functions. The system continuously acquires prompt instructions, workflow activities, semantic execution metadata, provider-routing parameters, and orchestration events from connected computing infrastructures. The AI/ML orchestration unit dynamically performs adaptive artificial-intelligence provider allocation, deterministic Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) routing, managed-provider fallback orchestration, semantic workflow evaluation, semantic execution-twin simulation, and predictive orchestration optimization. The semantic workflow and governance unit generates cryptographically verifiable invention-provenance records, autonomous scholarly documents, patent specifications, semantic execution reports, and dynamically evolving Kite-based semantic knowledge representations.
