Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a biological hazard detection and risk assessment system (100) including a display interface (106), a network interface (108), two or more user devices (110), a camera (112) capturing visual data, a memory (104), and a processor (102). The processor (102) receives visual data, detects biological hazards including venomous animals, dangerous insects, or toxic plants, and humans, performs persistent tracking across frames to generate movement trajectories, conditionally activates monocular depth estimation responsive to simultaneous detection of biological hazards and humans to determine depth information, predicts future spatial convergence based on the movement trajectories, dynamically determines a hazard risk level responsive to predicted convergence likelihood, proximity information, or depth information, and transmits structured hazard notifications over a local communication network operating independently of cloud infrastructure and internet connectivity while rendering annotated hazard information through the display interface (106).
