The system (100) comprises a multimodal capture layer configured to acquire voice inputs, typing dynamics, and free-text journal inputs through a browser environment, a runtime telemetry layer configured to capture execution-related telemetry parameters, and a stress calibration layer configured to estimate calibration quality and hardware-induced tremor parameters. The system (100) further comprises a confound correction layer configured to perform telemetry-aware feature correction and probability calibration, a multimodal fusion and inference layer configured to generate neuro-risk probabilities using browser-native inference execution, and a counterfactual invariance layer configured to evaluate prediction stability under canonical runtime load conditions. A reliability-gated decision control layer generates ACCEPT, REPEAT_SESSION, and WITHHOLD states together with machine-readable reason codes and residual bias indicators. The system (100) further supports guarded self-adaptive baseline updating with rollback control.
