Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a system for classroom behavior analysis using machine learning to optimize educational outcomes. The system comprises a plurality of cameras mounted in classrooms for capturing real- time video data of individuals, including students and teachers. A computing device, communicatively connected to cameras and a cloud server, processes the video data using a classroom behavior analyzing module. The module is configured to process video data frame by frame, detect and track individuals across sequential frames, and identify body joints to analyze movements. By calculating distances and angles between body joints, the system recognizes specific actions of students (e.g., raising hands, reading, sleeping, standing) and teachers (e.g., writing on a board, interacting with students, walking). These actions are classified into specific behaviors to generate actionable insights. A display unit presents analyzed classroom trends and behavior insights, enabling improved classroom management and optimized educational outcomes. FIG. 1
