Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLOSED-LOOP PATIENT MONITORING AND PREDICTIVE CLINICAL DECISION Disclosed are system (100) and method (200) for closed-loop patient monitoring and predictive clinical decision support. The system (100) comprises at least one wearable medical device (102) including one or more physiological sensors (104A–104N) configured to continuously acquire cardiopulmonary vital signs. Processing circuitry (106) performs signal conditioning, artifact rejection, packetization, and encryption of acquired physiological data, and a transceiver (108) transmits the physiological data to a server (110). Processing circuitry (112) of the server (110) executes a multi-modal sensor fusion model to analyze temporal relationships among physiological parameters and generate predictive clinical deterioration scores indicative of acute cardiopulmonary deterioration events within a future prediction interval, generates predictive clinical alerts and dynamically retrains the sensor fusion model using clinician-generated acknowledgement signals as supervisory reinforcement inputs. A clinician decision device (116) displays predictive alerts and physiological trends and generates continuously updated predictive clinical digital twins associated with electronic patient records.
