Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system (100) for real-time integration of physical 2D drawings with 3D CAD models using augmented reality (AR). The system (100) includes a user device (102) for capturing dimensions and annotations from physical drawings and a processing engine (104) to process the input data. The system (100) features a receiving engine (118) to acquire data, an interpretation engine (120) to analyze modifications, a mapping engine (122) to link changes to the 3D model, and a modification engine (124) to update the CAD model. A visualization engine (126) renders the updated model, while an augmented reality engine (128) displays it in an AR environment, enabling user interaction. The system (100) enhances design accuracy, facilitates iterative processes, and bridges traditional and digital design workflows efficiently. Figure 1 will be the reference.
