The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a system (100) for medical artificial intelligence diagnostic engine. A feature extraction circuit (102) generates a feature vector from a patient input signal. A symbolic inference circuit (104) generates a fired rule identifier by matching the feature vector against a rule base. A probabilistic inference circuit (106) generates a probabilistic confidence score from the feature vector. A conflict detection circuit (108) determines a logic conflict between the fired rule identifier and the probabilistic confidence score. A routing circuit (110) routes the patient input signal and the fired rule identifier to a human-in-the-loop review interface (112) based on the logic conflict. A feedback storage circuit (114) stores a ground-truth label in association with the fired rule identifier. A shadow validation circuit (118) validates a retrained model against a gold-standard dataset (120) before deployment. FIG. 1
