Abstract: A system (100) and method for cross-language voice intent transfer are disclosed. The system comprises an input device (102) configured to capture acoustic speech signals and generate digitized voice data, a controller (104) coupled to the input device (102), and an actuator (106). The controller (104) includes a parameter module (104a) for preprocessing signals, a code-switch detection module (104b) for detecting linguistic transitions, a polyglot embedding generator (104c) for generating language-agnostic semantic embeddings, an intent resolution module (104d) for resolving executable intents using similarity analysis, and a command generation unit (104e) for generating device-specific control commands. The system (100) operates without continuous network connectivity and updates anchor embeddings based on user feedback. A method (200) includes acquiring, preprocessing, embedding, resolving, and executing mixed-language voice commands in real time.
