The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system for cryptographically verifiable document authorization and forensic attribution using a Same-Hash Authorization and Evidence Mechanism (SAME-H). The system generates a deterministic context hash (H) from requester identity, organization identity, document identity, access purpose, policy hash, session identifier, nonce, expiry, and a domain-separation value. A zero-knowledge proof circuit independently recomputes the context hash and verifies its correspondence with a public expected hash while preserving confidential credential information. The same context hash is combined with a document-specific salt through HKDF-SHA256 to derive a watermark key for generating and embedding a deterministic watermark. An authorization registry records the context hash and watermark commitment after proof verification and rejects expired or duplicate authorization contexts. Document release occurs only after successful proof verification and ledger confirmation. Forensic attribution examines the recovered document, verifies the extracted watermark against recorded commitments, and distinguishes confirmed matches, absent records, non-matches, ambiguous matches, and unavailable evidence.
