Abstract: The present invention relates generally to systems and methods for delivering adaptive happiness-centered wellbeing interventions. The system comprises a data acquisition unit, a physiological sensing unit, a processing unit, a multidimensional intervention storage unit, an intervention selection unit, an intervention delivery unit and a feedback processing unit. The system receives participant-specific psychometric response data, participant interaction data and physiological response data and generates a participant state dataset by temporally correlating the received data. One or more intervention datasets associated with prosperity in happiness, self and body in happiness, relationships in happiness, society and nature in happiness, and professional ethics in happiness are selected based on variation between a current participant state and a preceding participant state. An activity sequence comprising intervention activities is generated and delivered, and post-activity data is compared with preceding data for modifying a subsequent activity sequence.
