Abstract: An intelligent breath-responsive inhaler system (100) for controlled pulmonary drug delivery is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a housing assembly (101) configured to receive and secure a pressurized medicinal canister (102) and to define an airflow channel. A multi-parameter sensing module (103), including a bidirectional flow sensor (103a) and a pressure transducer (103b), is disposed along the airflow channel to detect airflow direction, rate, and pressure variations. A signal conditioning and validation unit (104) processes respiratory signals and communicates validated data to an electronic control unit (105), which regulates a motorized actuation mechanism (106) coupled to the medicinal canister (102). A power management module (107) supplies regulated electrical power, and a dose verification and logging module (108) records actuation events and respiratory parameters. The system enables synchronized release of medication with a user’s breathing cycle, improving dosing accuracy, reducing an wdasta enhgane,cing therapeutic efficiency in respiratory therapy.
