MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621020911 A) filed by Rajesh Ashok Sahasrabuddhe on February 23, 2026, for System And Method For Detecting Structural Instability In A Biological Ecosystem.
Inventor includes Rajesh Ashok Sahasrabuddhe.
The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) and method (300) for detecting structural instability in a biological ecosystem using computational state modeling. The system (100) receives biological sequence data corresponding to a physical biological sample and processes the data to generate biological abundance values. The abundance values are transformed into stabilizing energy parameters and destabilizing energy parameters to construct a dynamic biological ecosystem state representation. A state-transition analysis subsystem (212) determines a structural instability metric based on the ecosystem state representation, including generation of a Hamiltonian-based interaction model and computation of a continuous thermodynamic stability angle. The system (100) generates an output signal indicative of a stable homeostatic state, an adiabatic transition state, or an ecosystem collapse state. The invention further enables adaptive updating of biological parameter mappings using historical biological datasets and machine-learning-assisted weighting coefficients for dynamic ecosystem instability analysis.
