Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a orchestration system (100) for multi-role conversational sequences from input documents by receiving the input document, extracting semantic and contextual features, segmenting the input document into semantic instructional units, automatically deriving, assigning, and sequencing one or more conversational roles directly from the extracted semantic and contextual features, executing the one or more conversational roles according to predefined transition conditions, classifying user interactions into predefined intent categories, conditionally modifying execution of the one or more conversational roles based on at least one confidence criterion associated with the classified user interactions, identifying multiple semantic viewpoints within the input document, dynamically allocating at least a subset of the one or more conversational roles to represent the identified semantic viewpoints within a common conversational framework and generating the structured conversational sequence based on execution of the one or more conversational roles.
