Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a label-free multimodal spectroscopic and computational system (100) for differentiating Alzheimer’s disease (AD) from healthy control (HC) blood samples is disclosed. The system (100) includes a blood collection module (102) for obtaining a whole blood sample and a cyanmethemoglobin preparation module (104) configured to convert the sample into a stable derivative using Drabkin’s reagent. A hematology analysis module (106) generates hematological parameters including hemoglobin concentration. The prepared sample is analyzed using a fluorescence acquisition module (110) and a UV–visible absorbance module (112) to obtain emission and absorbance spectra. A data preprocessing module (114) processes the spectra, and a data organization module (115) structures the data to prevent leakage. A feature extraction module (116) and data fusion module (117) generate a combined feature set, which is classified by a classification module (118). An evaluation module (120) assesses diagnostic performance, enabling rapid and minimally invasive detection.
