Abstract: A real-time crop health-responsive agrochemical application system integrates multispectral sensing module (105), an FPGA image processor (110), a lookup table (115), a spray valve controller (120), a hardware-latched application counter (125), and a PUF-based secure element (335) on an unmanned aerial vehicle platform. The multispectral sensing module (105) captures red and near-infrared spectral data, and FPGA image processor (110) computes normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) values with sub-second latency. The FPGA image processor (110) aggregates NDVI data into a 4 × 4 zone grid and accesses the lookup table (115) to obtain zone-specific spray rates. The spray valve controller (120) converts spray rates into pulse-width-modulated valve commands for targeted agrochemical application. The application counter (125) records cumulative agrochemical dispensed per zone, while the secure element (335) generates cryptographic attestation tokens for tamper- resistant verification, enabling regulatory compliance, reduced agrochemical waste, improved disease suppression, enhanced crop yield, and a secure audit trail.
