MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641089363 A) filed by Eraya Intelligence System Private Limited on July 22, 2026, for System And Method For Dynamically Allocating Waste Streams To One Or More Waste Processing Infrastructures.

Inventors include Girish M B; and Kumaraswamy Mangai Alamelu.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DYNAMICALLY ALLOCATING WASTE STREAMS TO ONE OR MORE WASTE PROCESSING INFRASTRUCTURES A circular waste-to-energy optimization system (100) and method (200) for dynamically allocating waste streams to one or more waste processing infrastructures using environmental intelligence are disclosed. The system (100) comprises a transceiver (102), a server (104), and an output device (116). The transceiver (102) receives waste-related information from distributed data sources including municipal waste management systems, smart waste bins, transport vehicles, recycling facilities, waste-to-energy facilities, and environmental monitoring systems. Processing circuitry (114) of the server (104) acquires environmental indicators, generates geospatial representations of waste processing infrastructures, estimates waste composition profiles using machine learning models, and determines renewable energy generation potential associated with waste streams. The server (104) further generates environmental sustainability scores, evaluates multiple waste allocation scenarios under operational and environmental constraints, and determines optimized allocation pathways that maximize energy recovery and environmental benefits while minimizing transportation costs and processing inefficiencies. Figure 1 will be the reference.
