Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a system and method for emotion-adaptive interaction between a digital brand mascot and a consumer using real-time consumer behavior analysis. The system comprises data-acquisition, preprocessing, behavioral-analysis, emotion-classification, adaptive-response, mascot-rendering, feedback, privacy, and administrative control modules. Behavioral information may include facial expressions, gaze direction, vocal characteristics, gestures, touch activity, cursor movements, navigation patterns, response time, engagement duration, and product-selection behavior. One or more artificial-intelligence models process the behavioral information to estimate the consumer’s emotional state, engagement level, and interaction preference. Based on the estimated condition and predetermined brand rules, the system dynamically modifies the mascot’s facial expression, movement, dialogue, voice, tone, recommendation style, and response timing. A feedback module analyzes consumer behavior following each mascot response and generates an effectiveness value for improving subsequent response selection. A safety module prevents inappropriate, manipulative, discriminatory, unsafe, or brand-inconsistent communications. Privacy functions support consumer consent, anonymization, encryption, information retention, and deletion. The system may operate through websites, mobile applications, electronic commerce platforms, kiosks, games, social-media interfaces, and extended-reality environments. The invention consequently provides personalized, measurable, context-sensitive, and ethically controlled brand communication while preserving a recognizable mascot identity across different digital consumer-interaction channels and improving engagement through continuous feedback-based learning mechanisms.
