Abstract: Abstract of the Invention The present invention relates to a system and method for predicting employability outcomes using structured soft skill assessment data and ensemble machine learning techniques. The system evaluates communication proficiency, group discussion performance, interview readiness, and presentation skills as key non-academic indicators. The input data is pre-processed through cleaning, CEFR-based conversion, outlier removal, SMOTE balancing, and feature scaling, followed by feature engineering of interaction-based attributes. Multiple machine learning models, including Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Support Vector Machine, are trained and combined using a soft voting ensemble approach to improve prediction accuracy and stability. The system provides real-time employability prediction through a web-based interface, enabling institutions to identify learner readiness and support targeted skill development interventions.
