The invention comprises a data acquisition module configured to collect workforce-related information from multiple enterprise information systems, a data harmonization engine for integrating heterogeneous organizational data, a feature engineering engine for generating workforce intelligence parameters, an employee knowledge graph module for modelling organizational relationships, an artificial intelligence analytics engine for generating predictive workforce insights using one or more machine learning models, a recommendation engine for determining optimized human resource actions, and an organizational intelligence interface for presenting actionable workforce insights. The system further incorporates adaptive learning to continuously retrain predictive models using updated organizational information and historical workforce outcomes. The invention enables automated workforce planning, employee attrition prediction, competency gap analysis, succession planning, resource optimization, employee engagement assessment, and intelligent decision support, thereby improving organizational productivity, workforce utilization, operational efficiency, and strategic human resource management through a scalable artificial intelligence-enabled enterprise analytics framework.
