MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611105145 A) filed by Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur on August 27, 2026, for System And Method For Enhancing User Sensory Performance.

Inventors include Dr. Deepak Nathiya; Dr. Anjali Kumari; Dr. Anurag Singh; Rahul Gurjar; and Dr. Sagar Pareek.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sensory augmentation system (100) configured to enhance perceptual awareness and situational responsiveness. The system comprises a sensory input module (102) including a hardware sensor configured to generate environmental signal data (102a). A physiological monitoring module (104) including a biosensor configured to detect physiological parameters of the user, and a stimulation module (106) configured to generate adaptive multi-modal sensory output (108). The system further comprises a control unit (110) operatively coupled to the sensory input module (102), the physiological monitoring module (104), and the stimulation module (106). Moreover, a cross-modal mapping engine (110c) for generating stimulation control signals, and an adaptive feedback engine (110d) for dynamically modifying the stimulation control signals according to the detected physiological parameters. The adaptive multi-modal sensory output augments user perception, decision-making, and performance in real time.
