Abstract: The present invention relates to a piezoelectric sensor fabrication system (100) and method configured to convert electronic waste materials into functional piezoelectric sensing devices. The system (100) comprises an electronic waste recovery unit (102), a material extraction unit (104), an electrode integration unit (106), an insulation arrangement (108), a protective encapsulation layer (110), a signal conditioning circuit (112), and a processing unit (114). The material extraction unit (104) recovers quartz crystal elements from discarded crystal oscillator assemblies while preserving electromechanical functionality of the recovered materials. Conductive electrode members are attached to opposing surfaces of the recovered quartz crystal elements to generate electrical signals in response to mechanical deformation. The generated signals are amplified, processed, calibrated, and transmitted for sensing and monitoring applications. The invention provides a low-cost, energy-efficient, and environmentally sustainable waste-to-device fabrication framework suitable for wearable sensing, vibration monitoring, pressure sensing, tactile sensing, biomedical monitoring, and low- power energy-harvesting applications.
