Inventors include Hiteshi Jain; Amit Srivastava; Anamika Jha; Chandan Varra; Disha Jain; and Shuaib Ahmed.
The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method (400) for detecting a visibility range of eyes based on characteristics of eyewear. The method (400) includes receiving (402) image frames of a user from one or more sensors, and detecting (404) eye metrics of each eye. The method (400) further includes detecting (406) that the eyewear is worn by the user, and predicting (408) the characteristics of the eyewear. The method (400) includes predicting (410) the characteristics of the eyewear, and correlating (412) the eye metrics and the visibility range of each eye. In response to determining that a value of a correlation is below the predetermined range, the method (400) includes transmitting (414) an alert signal to the user.
