MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621084887 A) filed by Persistent Systems Limited on July 10, 2026, for System And Method For Freshness-Aware Materialization And Selective Recomputation Of Live Contextual Intelligence.

Inventors include Mr. Nitish Shrivastava; and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for freshness-aware materialization and selective re-computation of live contextual intelligence in agentic artificial intelligence and distributed computing environments. A LivePulse engine (500) receives one or more context capsules and retrieves corresponding freshness contracts through a freshness contract evaluator (510). A PulseScore engine (520) computes PulseScores based on source changes, dependency changes, confidence decay, governance changes, elapsed time, usage priorities and contextual states. An ImpactRipple propagator (530) traverses context graph (590) to identify downstream affected context capsules, and DeltaForge builder (540) selectively recomputes affected contextual portions while preserving validated unaffected segments. A materialization router (550) stores contextual representations in materialized stores (595). A StaleGuard gate (560) performs serving-time freshness validation before delivery, while a ConsistencySeal validator (570) validates contextual intelligence and a HotPath cache (580) enables low-latency retrieval, thereby minimizing unnecessary recomputation, reducing stale contextual intelligence, improving resource utilization, ensuring policy-compliant delivery.
