Inventor includes Parag Upendra Bhalchandra.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING A VEHICULAR FORENSIC EVENT RECORD The present invention relates to a system (100) and a method (200) for generating a vehicular forensic event record. The system (100) comprises a vehicle data interface (102), a multi-modal sensing interface (104), an event detection interface (106), a processor (108), and a secured storage device (110). The processor (108) temporally synchronizes vehicle operational, environmental, and event data, normalizes timestamps, reconstructs a chronological vehicular event sequence, correlates ADAS outputs to determine driver response information, generates an authenticated vehicular forensic event dataset with integrity verification information, validates the reconstructed event sequence, and preserves event data corresponding to predefined pre- and post-event durations. The method (200) comprises acquiring (202, 204), detecting (206), synchronizing (208), correlating (210), generating (212), and preserving (214) the authenticated vehicular forensic event dataset, with optional transmission to a remote processing system. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
