Abstract: A system for generating one or more actionable insights, associated with process assessment is disclosed. The system comprises memory configured to store machine executable instructions and processor communicatively coupled with the memory. The system may aggregate data from a 10 plurality of data-sources. The data associated is with one or more of process mining, market analysis capabilities, and/or process management. The system receives a user query, followed by generating, in response to the received user query, a digital twin model enabling visualization and simulation of organizational changes prior to implementation of the organizational changes. The system may receive further inputs for an adjustment or an optimization of the digital twin model, 15 based upon simulation inputs for the organizational changes. Consequently, the system generates, based on the inputs for the adjustment or the optimization of the digital twin model, one or more actionable insights directed to improve efficiency or operational effectiveness.
