Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Generating Employability Scores Based on Multidimensional Skill Analysis The present disclosure relates to a system and method for generating employability scores based on multidimensional skill analysis using dynamic competency intelligence and predictive workforce assessment . The system collects competency-related information from various heterogeneous data sources such as educational platforms, certification repositories, project portfolios, employment records, assessment systems, and professional networks. The obtained information is authenticated using a skill evidence verification framework and analyzed based on cognitive adaptability assessment, workplace behavioral simulation, learning velocity measurement, and human-artificial intelligence collaboration evaluation. The system also predicts future workforce requirements based on labor market intelligence and evaluates cross-domain competency transferability. An adaptive skill graph generation engine dynamically identifies relationships between skills, occupations, certifications, technologies and workforce demands. An employability drift detection mechanism detects competency degradation and skill obsolescence risks. The outputs of the analytical modules are further processed to produce predictive employability scores, indicators of career sustainability, metrics of adaptability and assessments of industry alignment. The invention disclosed herein provides accurate, explainable, forward-looking and continuously adaptive employability intelligence for recruitment and workforce development applications.
