The method (300) includes receiving a natural language query (202) describing a quantum computing task, constructing a domain-specific prompt including a quantum computing application programming interface reference listing gate operations and a worked quantum circuit example, transmitting the domain-specific prompt to a large language model service, receiving a response including generated code (406), extracting executable code, and executing the executable code within a sandboxed execution environment (400) having a restricted namespace to produce a quantum circuit object (110), where the sandboxed execution environment (400) permits access to quantum circuit construction functions while blocking system-level operations. The method (300) includes validating the quantum circuit object (110) against a user-specified constraint and providing the validated quantum circuit object (110) for execution on a quantum computing backend.
