Abstract: The present invention provides a computer-implemented system and method for guidelinedriven publication compliance and submission package generation for scholarly manuscripts. The system ingests venue author instructions and compiles the instructions into a machineexecutable Publication Compliance Specification (PCS). A manuscript parser and artefact analyzer extract structured manuscript elements and technical parameters from submission 1------~c-:~---.--------- ~ ~ - artefacts. A compliance engine validates the extracted features against the PCS, generates a compliance scorecard and violations list, and performs authorized corrective transformations including template alignment, citation normalization, bibliography completion, and technical conformance correction for figures and tables. A package builder assembles compliant artefacts into a submission-ready bundle and generates a provenance log of checks and transformations. The invention reduces compliance- related delays by converting venue guidelines into executable constraints and implementing deterministic compliance transformation across common authoring formats.
