A conflict resolution module (120) detects inconsistencies, retrieves source reliability and timestamp information, computes weighted validity scores, and selects validated data entries. A file generation module (125) aggregates harmonized data and serializes the data into standardized interoperable formats. A storage unit (135) stores medical data, semantic embeddings, and generated records.
