Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Healthcare Resource Planning and Clinical Performance Analytics The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for intelligent healthcare resource planning and clinical performance analytics. The system collects and integrates real-time and historical healthcare data from multiple clinical and operational sources and builds an adaptive clinical dependency graph that shows relationships among patients, healthcare personnel, medical equipment, hospital infrastructure, and treatment workflows. A multi-layer predictive intelligence engine predicts patient demand, utilization of resources, clinician workload and operational needs over multiple prediction horizons. A confidence-governed decision validation mechanism evaluates the reliability of prediction before the recommendations are generated. The system also detects cascading workflow bottlenecks, dynamically prioritizes healthcare resources, performs multi-objective resource optimization, finds causal factors that affect clinical performance, assesses operational resilience, and improves prediction accuracy through adaptive learning. An explainable recommendation module yields transparent operational decisions for healthcare administrators with confidence support.
