Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for institutionalizing emotional competence in healthcare organizations through Learning and Development (L&D)-driven cultural transformation. The invention comprises a behavioural data acquisition module configured to collect behavioural and organizational data from multiple healthcare enterprise systems, a data processing module configured to preprocess and generate behavioural feature datasets, an emotional competence intelligence engine configured to determine multidimensional emotional competence profiles using one or more artificial intelligence models, and an adaptive learning orchestration engine configured to generate personalized learning pathways based on identified competency gaps. The invention further comprises an organizational culture analytics engine configured to compute organizational emotional competence indices, a predictive workforce intelligence engine configured to forecast organizational behavioural outcomes including employee burnout, workforce resilience, leadership effectiveness, collaboration efficiency, and employee engagement, and a continuous feedback optimization engine configured to iteratively update competency profiles and learning interventions based on observed behavioural improvements. An enterprise interoperability interface enables secure integration with healthcare information systems, human resource management systems, learning management systems, electronic medical record systems, and communication platforms. The invention provides continuous, objective, and data-driven institutionalization of emotional competence by integrating behavioural intelligence, adaptive learning, predictive analytics, and organizational culture assessment, thereby improving workforce capability, organizational resilience, leadership development, employee well-being, and patient care quality across healthcare organizations.
