The system (100) comprises wearable physiological sensors (108) configured to continuously acquire physiological data, a mobile healthcare application (118) for transmitting the acquired data to a remote server (104), and a preprocessing engine (120) configured to validate and normalize the physiological data. A hybrid artificial intelligence engine (102) sequentially processes the physiological data using a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) model (122), an Attention Mechanism (124), and an XGBoost classifier (126) to predict patient health conditions. An alert validation engine (128) applies a false-alarm reduction process prior to generation of emergency alerts, while a multi-level alert engine (130) generates validated health alerts. A monitoring controller (132) continuously acquires physiological data following alert generation to enable reliable remote patient monitoring and timely clinical decision support.
